Description
Over twenty Ice Age critters are presented in chapters that open with a mural of the animal, then a comprehensive fact sheet, followed by a discovery narrative for how the fossils that led to the stories were found. This is followed by a story of a day in the life of that animal and their interactions within their prehistoric environment. Along the way, several full-color pictures of fossil specimens, found by the author and others, representing the beast are presented.
